As an employee of Solano County Child Welfare, you have access to On Demand RSC and RSC Group with an external consultant from the Alyssa Najera team. On Demand RSC
In addition to small group settings, individual RSC is also available to Solano Child Welfare staff through On Demand RSC. On Demand RSC is available during the workday and at no cost to you.

RSC Group
RSC groups are small groups (max 8 participants) available for support staff, social workers, and supervisors. RSC group cohorts run fall – spring, with sign-ups over the summer.
